At a Childs Birthday Party Mike will always aim to pick the Birthday Child as an Assistant, but if the child is shy he wont intimidate them.

As they Grow Up Many Children like to see Mike on each of their Birthday Parties. They like to see a Familiar Face. Mike can bring differant routines - Its a whole new show. They are always asking -
"CAN MIKE THE MAGICIAN COME TO MY BIRTHDAY  ~        PARTY"

Career

Mike is based in Sussex but travels to Kent, Surrey, and wherever
  
He belongs to 2 magic clubs " The Associated Conjures of East Sussex " and " The Southdown Magicians " He is also the Vice Chairman of " ACES "

He first became involved in Magic and Puppets as a Youngster. This was a interest that reignited when his own children were born, (a few years ago now) and he started performing again. He wondered how to start it up so he wrote a letter stating
" Dear Sir, I am interested in Magic and Illussions. Please can you give me some advise on how to get started" 
In those days Mike did not know where the Magic Circle was so he just wrote on the envolope " The Magic Circle "  with no address and just posted it off.  A week later he recieved a letter from " 10 Downing Street" from (on behalf) the then Prime Minister " John Major
" I'm sorry I can't help you in this matter but if you need any other advise please let me know " 
How did he get that. The Post Office must have had a sense of Humour.


He has also won awards and competitions for his Magical Ability within the Magical Fraternity

Mike performs for Children, and Adults.
Family Shows. Also Close up Sleight Hand Magic for Adults, Table Hopping or Mix & Mingle.

HE HAS PERFORMED ON MANY STAGES.
THIS INCUDES THEATRES. HALLS.  HOUSES. HOTELS. RESTURANTS. OUTSIDE VENUES. TV. EVEN IN A CIRCUS.    

Why Mike

Well, firstly it takes a lot of the pressure away from you, the organiser, host or parent of the event. You can relax a bit knowing that for the duration of the show the kids are entertained

Mike has a Unique Style Blending Top Magical Entertainment and Laughter. The Kids react and Join in from the Start. Even the Parents, Grandparents, Your Friends and the Uncles and Aunts can Join in on the Merryment. Everyone Takes Part. Its Your Party after all.

Children love to watch Mike, inflate, twist and shape his brightley coloured balloons into all sorts of wonderful things

As Your child grows up : They Love to See a Familiar Face.  Mike has been invited to many Family Birthday Parties each Year as the Kids Grow Up. They Love to see him, and look forward to coming to their party again, and again. 

Different Shows - Different Tricks - And Even If He occasionaly does the same Trick again It really doesn't seem to matter. Its Just so Much Fun.
