What type of entertainment do kids like?Well they love Mike the Magician
Depending on the age group - Mike can be very silly. He gets mixed up and the kids have to help him out. He can have problems blowing up balloons that leave the kids laughing and calling out telling him the way he should do it.
Mike performs different routines for different age groups.
The kids can’t help laughing when they see a wand break up into pieces or ties itself into a knot.
All the kids can see the wand is broken. The only person who can’t see it is Mike. Every time he looks at it, it is ok.
The kids can put a silk hanky into a bag only to see it vanish before their eyes
A naughty rabbit (not real) can get into all kinds of trouble
Things can appear or disappear when the kids say the magic word
And of course the “magic word” is the most important thing because that’s what makes the magic work.
When Mike’s son was young he entered a “Sooty Magazine” competition to create a magic word. Now Mike uses the word all the time in his shows.
“Ker Bang Ker Boosh” If you have heard anyone else using this magic word (and they do) you now know the originator of it.
Another magic word Mike uses “Hocus Pocus Fish Bones Choke Us” was used many years age by a magician Mike saw performing when he was about six years old.
Today Mike is an experienced entertainer.
